Returns Policy

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions:
✅ Free return shipping if the item is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or materially different from the product description
  ❌ Customer pays return shipping if the reason is:
- Change of mind / Wrong size chosen by Customer Self

Pre-Approval Required:
- Contact us via Email support@ecosfun.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
Authorization:
- We will verify eligibility within 2 days and email you:
  - Approved return shipping address
  - Unique Return Authorization Number (must be marked on the package)
  - Step-by-step return instructions
Ship back to Return's Package: please ship back to the returns for us after we give you authorization and shipping address.

Processing Time:
- Refunds are issued within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refund Method:
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, Google Pay).
- Allow 1-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Returns may be rejected if:
- Items show signs of use, wear.
- Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
- No Return Authorization Number is provided.

Transparency:
- Full refund amount excludes non-refundable return shipping fees for customer-initiated returns
- No restocking fees apply.
